My friend Emma found this on the Instagram page of a chef called @boredoflunch.

His names’ Nathan and he specialises in slow cooker / airfryer recipes so he’s worth a follow.

Here is the recipe:
300g chicken
6 potatoes, finely chopped, skin on
4 garlic cloves
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 can reduced fat coconut milk
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp mango chutney
2 bay leaves
1 chicken stock pot/cube
1 onion
Salt and pepper

Add everything to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or slow for 8 hours.

How easy is that !
