Hello! I ‘m a health and fitness coach, Pilates teacher, magazine columnist and creator of my treasured Blast Plan. I am going to show you that by changing habits you will get the results you want. It’s simple and straight forward. I want to take you by the hand, help you re-discover your body and your confidence and to help you understand the links between food, mood and energy levels. The Blast will only be the start!
