The Blast Two Plan

Blast Two is bespoke! This plan gives you the same 3 choices of workout as Blast One (newbie, intermediate or hardcore!) but the Blast eating plan is more tailored to you. Together we track, review and tweak your progress over the 21 days to ensure you hit goals.
